Based on more than 5 years of experience and product maturation, TheBattery Mobile X is Alfen’s latest

and best solution capable of reliably providing the power and energy you need for events, construction

sites, EV charging hubs and many other locations. With Alfen’s 4th generation mobile battery energy

storage system, we deliver an even more versatile and flexible solution, offering up to 70% higher energy

density. In short, it truly empowers your energy transition.

The product provides value in multiple ways:

• Xtreme energy capacity

TheBattery Mobile X can provide 70% more energy in the same 10ft container form factor as the

previous generation of Alfen’s TheBattery Mobile. Additionally, multiple batteries can be used at a

site to increase the energy capacity and/or power even further.

• Xtra safe

The system is based on LFP batteries which have better high-temperature resistance than NMC

batteries and thus, are intrinsically safer. Additionally, Alfen’s operating software ensures

operations within safe limits at all times.

• Xtremely easy to use, anywhere

The product is plug & play and supports small grid connections. This allows you to connect

TheBattery Mobile X virtually anywhere to the grid.

• Xcellerate your sustainability journey

TheBattery Mobile X allows for sustainable energy at any given location, greatly reducing or even

    This allows our sales agents to understand your needs and availability. They will then make every effort to locate the exact battery you selected or a suitable alternative with equal or better capabilities. This initial step does not obligate you to a specific system, time, or date.

    Once we receive your order, we coordinate with both you and the asset owner to schedule the exact delivery details. When the planned day arrives, the logistics partner will deliver the system. Depending on the system type, it may be plug-and-play, meaning it's ready for immediate use. If installation assistance is required, a battery technician will work alongside your local electrician to ensure everything is set up correctly. This process is always carefully planned in advance, ensuring that everyone involved knows what to expect at the time of delivery. Once the connection is complete, your battery is ready for use.

    Delivery time depends on several factors, including product availability and project location. However, availability is rarely an issue, as we offer a vast range of products. This allows us to source similar assets that align with the project scope if the requested item is unavailable. Regarding project location, we can typically deliver within the Benelux and Germany within 1 to 2 working days, provided the system is available. For the rest of Europe, delivery times range between 1 and 2 weeks.

    We strive to provide a plug-and-play standard, ensuring the battery is fully operational on the day of delivery.

    If you need to cancel your project, please contact us right away. We'll always do our best to help, but keep in mind that cancellation policies and what we can offer will depend on how far along your project is and the specific terms you agreed to.

    Financing and leasing options are available depending on the asset. If you're interested in financing or leasing a specific product, please reach out to us—we’d be happy to discuss the available options with you.

    Yes, there are subsidies available! However, these subsidies are constantly changing and can vary based on location. To see what is currently available, we recommend checking the RVO website. If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to get in touch with us—we’re happy to help!

    Yes, we collaborate with partners to make the process as smooth as possible for our customers. Maintenance is always handled in cooperation with the asset owner, and in most cases, it is already included in the rental pricing. All systems must be insured, which typically amounts to around 8% of the pricing. Insurance can often be arranged directly through the asset owner or via your own provider. If neither of these options are available, We can connect you to one of our trusted insurance partners

Our team, together with our partners can assist in tailoring the setup to meet your requirements, ensuring seamless integration with your project.
