The Battery Rental Community is an online platform that connects companies needing clean mobile energy solutions with verified suppliers offering these systems for rent or purchase. One Request for Proposal (RFP) goes to multiple suppliers so you can compare offers quickly in a transparent dashboard.

Suppliers in our community are verified energy solution providers offering mobile batteries and other clean energy systems. Our network includes more than 120+ verified suppliers with products ranging from small portable batteries to large battery containers, as well as hybrid systems and gas or hydrogen energy systems.

To submit a request: Visit www.skoon.world/marketplace, fill in your project details (this typically only takes a few minutes), submit the form so that we can share it with the suppliers in our community, you receive customized offers within 1 to 3 business days, and you choose the supplier based on quality, price, and other factors like service.

After submission, your request is sent to the verified suppliers active in the country of your request. Suppliers prepare and submit their proposals based on your requirements. You receive multiple independent proposals (often within 1 to 3 business days). You can then compare the offers you receive from our suppliers in one dashboard.

Yes. Once proposals come in through the platform, you can contact the suppliers directly to clarify details, negotiate terms, or align on project specifics before signing contracts. When submitting the proposal you can also indicate whether or not you would like suppliers to be able to contact you directly via mail or by phone.

Pricing is determined by each supplier based on your project requirements (system type, capacity, duration, location logistics, installation needs, etc.). Because multiple suppliers respond to the same RFP, you can compare price, lead time, and specs to choose the best fit for your budget and project goals.

Once you select a proposal and agree terms with a supplier, the supplier is responsible for delivery to your site. Installation and commissioning are handled by the supplier, their technical partner or by your own local installation team, but this is all discussed beforehand as part of the rental or purchase agreement.

Support during the rental typically comes from your chosen supplier and also depends on the chosen supplier. This can include operational guidance, technical support, and monitoring and maintenance as defined in your rental contract. Our platform simplifies the supplier selection and comparison, and we also have energy experts available to provide process guidance if needed.

Yes, extending your rental is usually possible. However, the platform facilitates initial matching and proposal comparison, while rental duration changes are negotiated directly in your agreement with that supplier.

Suppliers in the community are verified vendors, and their equipment typically meets applicable safety and regulatory standards for mobile energy systems. However, if you need the systems to be compliant with specific standards it is smart to clarify this in your request.

Permit requirements depend on your project location and local regulations. For example, construction sites may require work permits or energy infrastructure notices, and large battery deployments may have local safety codes. You should verify permit needs with local authorities and your supplier. Our team can help guide you in this if required but does not automatically secure permits.

This depends on the supplier. Suppliers are expected to specify their insurance requirements in their proposals. If you prefer to use your own insurance instead of the supplier's insurance, most suppliers will request proof of your coverage.

At the end of the agreed rental term, you coordinate return logistics or choose to extend the rental with your supplier. The supplier will retrieve the equipment per the agreed conditions (location, timing, condition check). Final billing or settlements take place as per your rental agreement.
